As Chief Financial Officer of SecureG, Chris leverages over two decades of expertise in finance, accounting, strategy, and M&A for leading technology companies to further SecureG’s mission to deploy the world’s most secure root of trust for mission-critical needs of government and leading enterprises.
Prior to SecureG, Chris successfully completed hundreds of M&A, capital raise, and corporate finance consulting engagements for public and private technology companies throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia as an investment banker, advisor, and board member. He has served as CFO and head of finance for multiple technology companies, guiding their growth and preparing them for successful exits to strategic and financial buyers. He built his early career during the dotcom era as a consultant with PwC supporting early leaders in internet infrastructure and cybersecurity and, internally, with leading internet infrastructure and communication technology companies.
Chris is a Chartered Financial Analyst and frequently instructs public and private company executives on finance & accounting best practices, corporate development, negotiations, and strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, Chris enjoys exploring the world with his wife and daughter, science fiction of all sorts, and staying fit.
