Mike Denning – Blu Venture Investors
Mike Denning is a Principal at Blu Ventures Investors with a focus on next-gen Cyber Security investments. He spent the last 20 years in the IT Security industry, most recently Chief Operating Officer at ScienceLogic, the leading Hybrid IT Monitoring software company. Prior Security businesses management experience include: Global Security Practice for Verizon Enterprise, the leading Managed Network Security provider; Security business unit General Manager for CA Technologies, a leader in Identity and Access management software; and 2 different security focused business units for VeriSign in the Enterprise Security Services space.

Carlos Solari – VP Product
Carlos Solari, VP of Product Development, has a career spanning private and public sector leadership roles and the gamut of IT and cybersecurity. Previously, as VP at Comodo, he led the definition and launch of new security portfolio products for the MSP/MSSP market, launched the company’s SoC-as-a-service offering and ran compliance programs. Earlier, he was CIO of infrastructure and IoT security firm, Mission Secure; VP/GM at Global Security Solutions; and CIO at EOP. He also spent seven years with the FBI and other parts of the U.S. Federal Government in senior security roles.

Jim Payne, VP Public Sector
James FX Payne’s career has spanned the breadth of both cyber and national security. Most recently, he was VP of Special Programs for pExchange LLC, a data services provider specializing in DoD and civilian agency budgets. Previously he stood up the Dun and Bradstreet security practice and was President of the public sector of Z&A Infotek, a company also focused on cybersecurity. Earlier, he was SVP/GM of national security and cyber infrastructure at Telecorida Technologies.
Payne is a long-time IT/telecommunications industry executive focusing on the federal government and has provided guidance on key national security issues as a member of the President’s Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection, the Council on Competitiveness, and the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the AFCEA Cybersecurity Committee. He also spent 25 years on of the Board of Associates and the Board ofTrustees at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. Jim twice has earned the prestigious Federal 100 industry award in 1996 and 2000 for significant achievements in federal information technology.

James Gorman – CISO
A solutions-driven, results-focused Cyber Security Expert and entrepreneur with experience securing, designing, building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale, mission-critical applications and networks.
James leads teams through multiple FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, PCI, and HITRUST compliance audits. As a consultant, he has helped numerous companies formulate their strategy for compliance and infrastructure scalability.
His previous leadership roles include CISO, VP of Network Operations & Engineering, CTO, VP of Operations, Founder & Principal Consultant, Vice President. At companies as diverse as GE, Epoch Internet, NETtel, Cable and Wireless, SecureNet, Transaction Network Services, AuthX, Certify Global, SecureG, Cyber Defense Media Group, and OnePay.
